Intensive Jumpstart

$0.00

In typical weekly 1 hour sessions, it can take weeks to begin understanding the complexity of your relationship. An Intensive Jumpstart is a 4-5 hour block set aside in one day to provide a full assessment of your relationship, so that you can then dive-in to the meatier work of therapy. The first 1-2 hours involves a joint meeting to get to know you, your relationship history, and your current relationship strengths and challenges. From there, I will meet individually with each partner to get to know each person’s history and unique perspective. At the end of the day, we will come together for a final joint meeting, to pull together insights from the day, begin to establish a shared understanding of your presenting concerns, and develop a clear plan for how we will work together to meet your relationship goals.

Who is it for? An Intensive Jumpstart is recommended for you if you and your loved one are ready to put in work to make changes in your relationship. Relationships in crisis may be a candidate for an Intensive Jumpstart as long as all involved want to make the relationship work.
